3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
- The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

3.1 Products Not Eligible for Return
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.
- Products that have been damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
- Products that have passed their expiry date at the time of return.
These exclusions are in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, which permits exemptions for sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
4. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the product to the address provided. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was delivered in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt as proof of return.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
- The refund will include the full price of the product and the original standard shipping cost (if applicable). If you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery, we will refund only the standard delivery cost.
